Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products or services from Pure Rain Tanks, accessing our website, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any purchase or use of our services.
2. Products and Services
Pure Rain Tanks designs and manufactures underground water detention systems, rainwater cisterns, and related subsurface water management solutions. All products are custom-engineered to project specifications and subject to availability of materials and scheduling.
3. Quotes and Orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change after this period. A signed purchase agreement or written confirmation is required to initiate production. Pure Rain Tanks reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin fabrication.
- The remaining balance is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project proposal.
- Overdue balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
5. Permits and Compliance
The customer is responsible for obtaining all required local, state, and municipal permits unless a licensed engineering package has been expressly included in the scope of work. Pure Rain Tanks' licensed civil engineers can assist with engineering documentation when contracted to do so. Final compliance with local codes is the responsibility of the project owner.
6. Warranty
Pure Rain Tanks warrants its tanks and fabricated components against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation not performed under the supervision of Pure Rain Tanks
- Damage resulting from soil movement, flooding, or acts of nature
- Modifications made by the customer or third parties
- Normal wear and deterioration
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to chad@prpstorm.com within the warranty period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pure Rain Tanks' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that product or service. Pure Rain Tanks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by a defective product.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Because all products are custom-fabricated to order, all sales are final. Cancellations made after production has begun will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges for work completed. Cancellations before production begins must be submitted in writing and are subject to review.
9. Intellectual Property
All engineering drawings, designs, specifications, and documentation produced by Pure Rain Tanks remain the intellectual property of Pure Rain Tanks unless explicitly transferred in writing. Customers may use documents for the purpose of the contracted project only.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from a transaction with Pure Rain Tanks shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
Pure Rain Tanks reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued engagement with our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Pure Rain Tanks regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
